QRCOOL is a cooling vest designed for use by medical personnel in hospitals. Working several hours in high ambient temperatures, for example in operating rooms for the treatment of burn patients, is very detrimental to the body. Over time, the heart rate increases, and work performance and concentration decrease. In addition, it can lead to a state of exhaustion and to circulatory problems which can impair health and work performance.
